My passion for Ayurveda began over 25 yrs ago, when I had a complete turnaround of my mental and physical health after treatment. I was fascinated by the idea that we can heal ourselves and learnt as much as I could. I left the corporate world in 2021 to immerse myself in full time study of Ayurveda and soon realised that I had found my 'dharma', my reason for being. I offer in person and online Ayurvedic Consultations and Talking Therapy aswell as Traditional Ayurvedic Marma Massage and Shirodhara. I am passionate about spreading the word about the incredible science of Ayurveda and dedicate time to local community and online educational talks to simplify Ayurveda and make it accessible to all. My practice continues to grow organically, through personal recommendations, as more people understand how they can self heal with Ayurveda. I've seen great patient successes with Obesity, Depression, Anxiety, CFS, ME, Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, Eczema, Allergies, IBS, Coeliac, GURD, PCOS, Fertility, Menopause, Migraine, Arthritis and many more. It’s a privilege to help others to heal themselves naturally and my simple aim is to unravel the mystery of natural human self healing.
