About Tisha Grande

I currently serve as the Associate Director of Student Recruitment at KAUST (King Abdullah University of Science and Technology), an international graduate university in Saudi Arabia. My core competencies include developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, supervising data driven marketing campaigns, overseeing the university internship program, and pursuing educational partnerships. In my current and previous roles, I have successfully led and supported the recruitment and enrollment of diverse and talented students from around the world, using my skills in community outreach, nonprofit organizations, and program development. I have also collaborated with various internal and external stakeholders, such as faculty, staff, alumni, schools, and community organizations, to promote and enhance the university's reputation and visibility.
