About Tisha Sinapi

With over 20 years of experience in medical imaging, I am a Clinical Manager at Trillium Health Partners, where I lead the CT and Interventional Radiology services for one of the largest community-based academic health networks in Canada. I am a certified CT Technologist with a background in social work, and I have a passion for improving patient care and outcomes through innovative and collaborative solutions. I have successfully implemented several initiatives to enhance the quality, safety, and efficiency of the CT and Interventional Radiology operations, such as streamlining operations, introducing new protocols, equipment, and software, and developing and delivering training programs for the staff. I have also partnered with various stakeholders, such as physicians, nurses, administrators, and vendors, to ensure the optimal use of resources and alignment of goals. My core competencies include healthcare management, medical imaging, team leadership, project management, and communication. I am motivated by the mission of Trillium Health Partners to create a new kind of healthcare for a healthier community, and I am eager to contribute to the ongoing transformation and growth of the organization.
