About Titus Icleanu

Working in a multicultural environment and with customers from various industries has helped me shape my understanding of how to optimize internal processes using the available tools, while being able to clearly communicate achievements, challenges, and roadblocks. This experience has taught me to tailor my communication approach to various stakeholders to ensure the successful progression of demonstrating HCM systems’ capabilities and the way those can be leveraged in scenarios that customers considered pain-points. In addition to my presales experience, I have extensive experience in answering RFI/RFPs, where I have been able to demonstrate my deep technical understanding of HCM systems, and the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner. My business experience analyzing HR processes has given me a thorough understanding of the end-to-end HR process and how technology can support this process. This experience has allowed me to develop a deep technical understanding of complex IT ecosystems and integration options. My reporting skills have allowed me to develop insights into the effectiveness of HCM systems and make recommendations to optimize system performance. I am an analytical thinker that always uses all the available inputs to find the best middle ground, and this transpires in my personal life where I am driven by an innate curiosity of understanding how and why anything works, ranging from home appliances to systems that I interact with in the most mundane activities.
