As a Resourcing Consultant at Sellick Partnership my role consists of sourcing candidates for roles within the Housing and Property Services industry. I recruit for a variety of different roles within the Supported Housing, Housing Needs, Housing Management and Property Services sectors. Before my time at Sellick Partnership I graduated from university studying Human Resources Management- a degree I really enjoyed studying. At university, I developed my knowledge of Employment Law, Managing Equality and Diversity, Critical HRM, Organisational Development and Consulting, and further modules I studied throughout my time at university.
