I am Tiya Pynadath, Digital Producer and Project Manager at Cheil Dallas. Passion fuels my profession. My experience working at Zapplr was very uplifting. I worked as an Influencer marketing manager where I was leading a team as well as in-charge of all the influencer operations. I mostly worked with movie and music clients along with few other brands. My previous experience in the industry helped me build connections with many influencers and helped me to bring them onboard. I was able to use my contract negotiation skills to bring them onboard. I also provided consultation to brands on how they could leverage the influencers for their social media presence ad awareness campaigns. I had the opportunity to work with Sony music, Saregama and Think music along with a few other regional brands like Aster Hospitals, Seematti, Kalyan etc. and manage their end to end influencer operations. Client relations and influencer relations was part of my profile, which I very much enjoyed. When I was working as an Influencer Marketing Manger with Onpageone, a digital marketing agency, which was keen to focus on the upcoming trends, it helped me understand the latest trends in the market and what the brands were looking for. I advised brands on how they could sell their brand story through the influencers and how well they could achieve their set KPIs. I had the opportunity to work with brands like Incheon KIA, Oralium, Tukxi, VKC etc. for the execution of influencer campaigns. Collaborating and coordinating with influencers were also a different experience where I was able to explore the content creativity and how we could leverage it hugely for brands to reach out to their right target audience. Earlier I worked with Radio Mirchi as an Activation Manager, which is where I started my career. I help brands build themselves and reach out to their target audience and also ideate campaigns and activities for their goals. Some of the major campaigns I have done are Mirchi Kidzathon, Mirchi Neon Run, Mirchi Star Chef and Mirchi Stand Up For A Cause. I had the pleasure of working with clients like ITC, Lazza, Nestle, Parle, Aster Medcity, Swiggy and so on.
