I have over four years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance. I also have a background in kitchen management, where I supervised a team of 15 staff and ensured food safety and quality standards. I hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, where I learned the fundamentals of HR best practices, policies, and laws. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment, that supports employee growth, learning, and positivity.
