Project Manager with 15 years experience having Masters in Strategic Project Management from Heriot Watt University UK and Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering. Currently working in the role of Project Manager at BW Interiors – Dubai; responsible for delivery of multiple Residential, F&B, Hospitality, Retail and commercial projects. Day to day job responsibilities involve liaison between Clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities. I also coordinate the interface between various parties, report and try to find solutions to various issues, review weekly and monthly progress reports etc Experience with various prestigious clients like TAQA, Yahoo, Lenovo, Jones Langlasalle, Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Rostamani Group, Al Habtoor, TOTAL, TECOM, EMAAR, Landmark group, Damas, Pure Gold, Pearl Azure, Pinctada, Layan Gallery, Bin Drai and Rolex etc. I have been able to forge a strong network within the industry which will be of great help in procuring various services efficiently and cost effectively and in expanding the client base. I have also worked in retail, commercial, residential, events and also in the hospitality industry on various turnkey, fit-out and maintenance projects and have extensive experience in Interior Fit-Out Works, Facilities/Building Maintenance, daily maintenance, and refurbishment jobs such as masonry work, false ceiling work, tiling, carpentry, MEP, joinery etc. True team player with excellent communication skills and love to interact with people from all backgrounds at different levels which helps me in managing supervisors and technicians, and I am very flexible with travel and working hours.
