I started my career in Logistics at a fairly new Logistics company and helped them grow from ~40M to ~600M, become a top 40 brokerage in North America, increase employee count by 200+ at the headquarters in a 6 year time frame, and develop their asset division. At the headquarters in Fort Wayne, IN I assumed many roles, and learned a ton on both the brokerage and asset side as I advanced. I gained experience in every aspect of developing and growing a Logistics company by starting out as a sales rep (Assets & Brokerage), then to a dispatcher (Assets), then Account Manager (Assets & Brokerage), Sales Manager (Assets & Brokerage), Operations Manager (Assets & Brokerage), Director of Sales & Operations (Brokerage), Director of Sales & Operations (Assets) and finally as a Director of Regional Development (Assets & Brokerage). I was one of 3 Directors helping run the headquarters when I left. Because of this I have been able to work with and help other companies by providing value, service, leadership, and growth. My career continues to develop, and opportunities have continued to arise, which has made it not only exciting, but also very rewarding. With experience developing and managing sales, operations, track & trace, carrier sales, account management, and back end divisions I am willing and able to do whatever is necessary to create growth and partnerships with my clients.
