About Tjasia Roach

I am passionate about developing creative strategies for the promotion of the brand, through building and maintaining relationships and collaborating as needed. My greatest strength is creating, implementing, and supporting advertisements and promotions, through coordination and customer satisfaction. I have worked with various athletic departments and professional sports teams in Houston, TX, including Houston Astros and Houston Dynamos. My work experiences have taught me about philosophies, risk management, marketing, programming, etc. My recent employment has granted me the opportunity to broaden my customer service skills and provided me with an up-close look at the day to day operations of athletic teams. In addition to gaining knowledge in the day to day operations of sports and customer service, I also have experience in counseling, administration, management, and personal services. In working in athletics, I have gained experience in executing and analyzing sport development programs and has proven ability to apply critical thinking in decision making. Establishing and encouraging strong foundations within the community, through social interaction and game-day experience is my goal. I am looking forward to the opportunity to being heavily involved in the sports industry, in areas such as: event planning, game-day execution, game presentation, and management. It is my purpose and likewise my mission to interact with athletes on level that promotes personal development and enhances mental growth.
