About Tjen Romi

Experiencing in Commerce, Business Analysis, Distribution and General Management across industries in FMCG, Telecommunication & Digital and Group Holding Company. My current position is as Head of Business and Strategic Partnership in Sinarmas Distribusi Nusantara (Sinarmas Group), which major focus in Managing Strategic partnership & Business Management with around 50 business partners, Business Development by exploring business opportunity. Along my experiences, I had my previous 12 years in XL Axiata Tbk (telecommunication industry) with last position as Head of 360 Execution Office. In XL Axiata, I was responsible in : Channel Distribution, Go to Market, Digital and Mobile Content Management, Finance Management Services, Product Development, Business Strategy, and Business Performance Improvement. And in Salim Group for almost 6 years in the role as senior financial analyst across some companies under Salim Group. My roles were doing share valuation, financial analysis and research analyst. Along the journeys, those experiences have equipped me with skills and experience in General Management and specialization in Commerce, Strategic Partnership, Channel Distribution, Business Analysis and Strategy, Revenue Management and Operational & Business Improvement. In my academic background, I graduated Master's degree in Management from Prasetya Mulya Business School (graduation with Summa Cum Laude as Best Graduation Student in 2008) and 2nd best Graduation Student in Bachelor's degree in accounting from Tarumanagara University and Trisakti University. And completed other professional degrees which are : Certified Management Accounting (CMA Australia) and joined some executive programs such as INSEAD General Management Leadership Program (Singapore) and National War Game Business Simulation.
