Fiercely loyal (been with the same company for 11 years), as I have been able to grow exponentially, continue to learn and be rewarded for my contributions, whilst having a great cohort of team members. Currently working as a Practice Director for Exco Partners, where I have led (PM, BA, tech lead, solution design, development, user training and deployment) technology implementation projects involving a combination of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service), OnePlan, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Project Online / Project for the Web, Copilot and Copilot Studio, and React / Next.JS. In addition, I have worked with clients in a multitude of sectors and industries, including Utilities, State and Federal Government, Private Health, Engineering, Manufacturing, Education, Hospitality, Mining, and Local Council. I bring a combination of agile delivery experience and project governance along with my technical knowledge to the implementation of Microsoft-based solutions. I am Microsoft certified.
