Over the past year, I've honed my skills as a Monitoring Analyst Support, working with ticketing tools and providing reliable technical assistance. Prior to this, I spent three years as an IT teacher at a middle school, where I developed and delivered educational content while fostering a passion for technology in young learners. I have a solid foundation in databases, system administration, and network management, allowing me to effectively troubleshoot and optimize systems.
