About Tlhalefo Mohube

As an HR Practitioner EE and Talent at Implats, I have over two years of experience in improving the representation of women in management positions, developing goals and KPIs, supporting SLP and Mining Charter initiatives, and implementing the performance management and mentorship programs for Supervisory level to Senior Management level.I have a BCOM HONS Industrial and Organisational Psychology degree from the University of South Africa, which enables me to apply psychological principles and methods to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee well-being. Prior to joining Implats, I worked as an HR Coordinator at Samancor Chrome and an HR Officer at Aveng Infraset, where I gained valuable skills in human resource development, HRIS, succession planning, recruitment, sourcing, OD, and OE. I am passionate about transforming the mining industry with innovative and inclusive HR practices that empower and develop talent, foster a care and growth culture, and align with the strategic vision and goals of the organization.
