MBC Recruitment have been pillars in the recruitment industry for 30 years and have 4 successful divisions including Nursing, Traffic Control, White Collar and Labour Hire. As Area Coordinator for Labour Hire I am responsible for the business development for the Norther NSW region and leading the Coffs Harbour and North Coast Labour Hire Team in their continued success. As a Business Development Manager for WorkPac it was my role to source and develop new business as well as maintain relationships with existing clients. Previously worked at Teaching Jobs London as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. Teaching Jobs London is a leading recruiter for Teachers in the UK and in the Australian office we resource newly qualified and experienced Teachers who are looking to expand their teaching career by teaching over in the UK. Having spent 4 years living and working in the UK myself enabled me to connect with Teachers heading over there on a more personal level as I have made the same journey they are about to embark upon. I also have a background in the legal industry working as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant for a Compensation Law Firm for 5 years focusing mainly on motor vehicle accident and personal injury claims. I had the opportunity to represent our Firm in the Supreme Court of NSW. I pride myself on getting to know clients and developing strong relationships with them which ultimately enables me to assist with their needs on a much greater level. Having been brought up on the Far North Coast of NSW I love to be outside enjoying the beautiful beaches and am passionate about spending time with my family and friends.
