My accomplishments reflect strong leadership ability, an organized, solution oriented mindset, and the ability to recognize and act on improvement opportunities. Streamlined open receivables generating revenue in excess of in previously uncollected monies. Areas of responsibilities include, escalated resolution of customer issues, sales assistant, sales order/sales quotes,facility maintenance, inventory, accounts receivables, training and development, management and stock planning. I have extensive experience in multiple industries which has worked to strengthen my job skill set in Retail, Publishing & Manufacturing. My retail career began at Bergdorf Goodman, in NYC, in the Customer Service Department and then moved on to the Credit department in the P&L Recoveries Unit responsible for monthly monetary recoveries of P&L accounts. My next opportunity took me to Lord & Taylor in the position of Credit Supervisor. In the publishing world, I worked at Dover Publications, as the Customer Service Manager with responsibilities including but not limited to resolution of escalated customer issues & monthly Return-to-Vendor (RTV) monies allocations.
