About Tobiloba Osobu

As a Platinum Relations Specialist at Questrade Financial Group, I build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. I also collaborate with other departments to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and expectations and to develop and implement solutions that enhance the client experience and retention rate. In addition, I am a Co-Founder/Producer of an art collective that focuses on creating and exposing different forms of art within the Windsor community. I lead the strategic planning and financial sustainability of the organization, engaging new clients and partners, and producing various artistic projects, such as adverts, music videos, shows, and media campaigns. I also manage and motivate a team of four talented artists, assigning tasks and providing guidance and support. I have a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, where I majored in Business Administration and Management (Finance), and minored in Communications, Media, and Film. I have four years of administrative, clerical, and customer service experience, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. I am familiar with optimizing systems to meet high-efficiency quotas, and I have a clear, creative, and proactive approach to problem-solving. I am passionate about combining my business and artistic skills to create value and impact for both my clients and my community.
