Over the past 44 years, education has been part of Tobin’s regular routine in order to better service his clients, including becoming recognized as a Certified Financial Planner, CFP, in 2005. He is a fellow of the Life Underwriters Training Council and has served as a board member of and ultimately served as the President of NAIFA-San Antonio. Tobin has been married to Judy Hoffmann for 39 years and has 3 children. He enjoys hiking and camping and has been a Scoutmaster for a New Braunfels Boy Scout Troop for 41 years.
