As a Design Director at USAA, I lead the vision and strategy for digital banking experiences across web and mobile platforms, for checking and credit card accounts, impacting over 1 billion user interactions annually. With over 20 years of experience in design, I have a proven track record of delivering world-class digital experiences that enhance usability and accessibility for one of the nation's top 20 largest banks by assets. I am passionate about fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation within my team, and I have successfully built and led high-performing UX/UI design teams. I also have extensive experience in applying Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles to develop seamless and intuitive digital experiences. Additionally, I have a strong background in corporate training and federal contracting. I have led the development and execution of a comprehensive brand strategy for Innoviss Inc, a company that expanded its market presence in the Federal Healthcare and defense sectors.
