About Toby Hickman

About My career path started as a mechanic / MP in the military and progressed to my current hybrid role as RV / Automotive Service Manager for the popular RV dealership known as Little Dealer Little Prices, which was acquired by Campers Inn RV this time last year. With an extensive background leading people across multiple departments and business functions, I am an accomplished technician who is fluent in equipment diagnosis and repair from both a service and ownership perspective. In addition to my mechanical aptitude, I have been especially effective on the strategic and personnel management side of the business throughout our recent transition and expansion. Spanning the last 15 years, I have a track record of bottom-line contributions and leadership growth for three specific employers in Texas and Arizona. Plus, I always carry the training in accountability, integrity, and teamwork that two different military branches have instilled in me.
