I am passionate about supporting mental health initiatives and am actively involved in championing the mental health pillar at my current workplace. I work alongside colleagues to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and provide resources for mental well-being across the organization. In addition to my corporate and mental health commitments, I also support the High Sheriff of Bedfordshire in her duties, assisting with local initiatives and contributing to the region’s community development. I find great fulfilment in serving my local area and supporting causes that align with my values. Outside of work, I am deeply committed to charity and have raised in 2024 fundraising and running the London Marathon and £500 supporting Movember.
