Involved with pro-active and re-active support, project management, retail security compliance and hardware and software deployments in time sensitive situations. Confident dealing with all levels of colleagues and 3rd party suppliers, and comfortable leading or working within a team. Always excited to accept a challenge, and enjoy solving problems. There is always room for improvement, always a way to increase functionality or performance. And I thoroughly believe that behind the scenes of any system should be as complicated as necessary to make the End User Experience as simplistic as possible. Ideas should be free to flourish, they can lead to all manner of innovation and improvements. Change is always good, we should never be content to stand still. I'm very interested in sustainability, recycling and renewable energy. The world we leave behind for our children should be best we can make it.
