About Toby Markos

My career to date has been in the services sectors with my most recent positions being in sales. On leaving school I worked as a barista and in a restaurant prior to undertaking an extensive tour of UK and Western Europe. On return to Sydney I embarked on working in Hospitality which eventually lead to tertiary study in the sector. I interned in Food and Services work, and have extensive experience in front of house and acting in duty manager roles.I have recently worked and gained experience in a sales role as a business development associate (BDA) for Staples Australia. I have been described as a well-travelled, gregarious young man who easily shows leadership and team support skills.I recently returned from a year Sweden. I was based in Gothenburg and spent much of my year traveling around Europe and focusing on my own personal development. Towards the end of my year in Europe I began to make plans to commence a career in real estate. In October of 2015 I was accepted into a role as a CSM (client services manager – sales support) with the intention to learn and develop professionally, and eventually go out on my own as a real estate agent.
