Hi, I’m Toby Martin, an experience oil and gas drilling rig Operations Manager and Drilling Superintendent. I have an extensive career background of managing multiple drilling rig operations around the world - in South Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and Mexico. With comprehensive industry experience in all aspects of oil and gas drilling, I have led operations management for 9 rigs simultaneously and managed more than 900 employees at a time. I also am very familiar with the latest automated rig equipment and processes, such as ATD/ATS cyber chair, Tesco Top drives, CANRIG TDS, and many others. Currently, I am Drilling Superintendent for Weatherford ISP in South Iraq (Basra). As a leader, I am energetic, focused, and dependable. I build effective teams and ensure a safe work environment for all, with full awareness of the strategic role that safety plays in business success.
