I'm a self-motivated and dynamic researcher who thrives on working in the lab to troubleshoot complex problems, developing & documenting new methodologies, and presenting findings to a variety of audiences to support process/product development. Some professional highlights: • Developed and optimized a novel process for 3D printing functional inks resulting in publication on Proceedings of National Academy of Science journal • Spearheaded development of early-phase microfluidic biosensor for imaging protein dynamics to secure ~$100k in grant funding • Successfully coordinated a cross-functional 8-person team to install 200-gallon water treatment system at an international location. Other skills include: Technical leadership, personnel management/training, project management, design of experiments (DOE), statistical data analysis, CAD software, materials characterization, design for additive manufacturing (DFAM), 3D printing (FDM, SLA), polymer ink formulations, tissue engineering, microfluidics, Six Sigma My multidisciplinary engineering/scientific expertise, knowledge of AM and MedTech & semiconductor industry trends, and communication skills make me an ideal candidate for independent and team-based roles that require cross-functional collaboration, innovative problem-solving and being resourceful to meet goals. Currently, I am working in a team of highly qualified and ambitious scientists/engineers to bring liquid metal embedded elastomer (LMEE) technology into the market for cooling/thermal management applications while also exploring other market opportunities for the technology. I also have experience in client-facing roles with international customers and business partners and providing technical leadership & training to junior team members. Whether it's interacting with a large audience or in one-on-one setting, I enjoy the art of communicating knowledge and sharing insights towards a common goal. Outside of work, my interests include musical performance, language learning, being outdoors, birdwatching, hunting for old books and Biblical studies.
