About Toby Pitts

I have achieved a level 1 certificate in Sports Leadership and st John's Ambulance. I have worked along side young children while visiting primary schools for my sports leader quantification. This included running games and competitions for them, developed their own personal skills to do with sport and interact with other students, teach them new skills and develop their understanding of sport and physical activity. I have worked as a rugby coach for Rugby Tots Ltd and I brought motivation, fun, development and talent towards the young children participating in the lessons. I managed to bring the best out of them at all times and manage to expend their own comfort zones and interact with new people. I also managed to teach basic skills all the way to more advanced skills in a way that everyone would understand and be able to learn from. I was always giving my absolute best and entertaining, teaching and coaching all at the same time in a safe environment. I was able to interact with the parents and give them ideas of what they should be doing at home to develop the children's skill set. Overall I was always there for all children and was helping them to develop and learn new skills.
