Experienced Operations, Sales and Commercial Manager with over 10 years of senior management experience including a demonstrated history of working with FMCGs in the Pharmaceutical Industry. In my current position as Director of Operations for ANC Enterprises, I am provided with the opportunity to leverage my experience to expand ANC's manufacturing capabilities, capacity and overall efficiency with the objective of generating greater value return for our customers. I have a strong focus on implementing lean manufacturing principles and driving Continuous Improvement initiatives from the top down to deliver operational excellency and ensure ANC's able to consistently produce the highest quality products for the most economical costs. My previous position at Evolution Health/The LifeSpace Group started as National Account Manager where I managed a portfolio of contract customers including some of the most recognisable global brands. During this time, I also developed a good understanding of global Supply Chain Management. Moving from Account Management into the role of National Sales Manager allowed me to further increase and diversify our business portfolio where I was successful in increasing our revenue and GP. My broad understanding of the business subsequently had me move into the role of Commercial Manager of Operations. My responsibilities included line and process optimisation through implementing CI initiatives and increased automation. I participated in the construction and renovation of dedicated manufacturing spaces providing me with valuable experience in designing optimum layouts to compliment work flows and optimise efficiency. I successfully reduced our Operational COG's by circa 30% whilst also initiating a Preventative Maintenance program. My time working within the TGA manufacturing space has also allowed me to develop a strong understanding of QA/Regulatory Affairs, TGA requirements, Project Management, Supply Chain Management and S & OP processes. Skilled in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement initiatives, contract negotiations, operational management, customer acquisition and forecasting with strong analytical and communication skills I see myself as a well rounded business professional with a Bachelor of Strategic Management with Distinction Honours.
