Sadly the competition is all BIG bakeries with MASSIVE turnoever and capital. the strategy WAS RIGHT, the market was there, but I was too small to compete with BRANDS. Sadly wound up however the experience and the lessons will inform and guide the next venture. WATCH THIS SPACE!March 2021 - 400 plus regular subscribers, 25 product ranges, expanding delivery zones. Innovating with products and services. Collborations with other local businesses are now part of the service as well. August 2020 - 6 months of trading. We have expanded product lines from 3 to 25 items. We have added more delivery zones and consistently increased customer numbers including 30% of those now on a regular prepay monthluy subscription service, improvingcash flow, and logistics for both customers and the business. Feb 2020 - Launched ThoroughBread Bakery - Home delivery of Artisan Baked Goods. I offer a service direct to the customers door, aiming capitalise on growth of the food delivery industry as well as the search for healthier, low carbon footprint, locally-sourced nutrition. Little Bread Pedlar 2018-20 - Shift leader and quality controller. Weekly output betweem 2.3 and 2.5 tonnes of sour dough plus Tortano, Brioche, Baguette, Muffins, Tin Loaves, Rye Loaves etc.BreadAhead Borough Market (2018)- Teaching assistant.(2016-18) LSBU - National Bakery School - 2:1 in Bakery, Technology and Business Management.
