About Tod Tracy

Tod Tracy has earned a reputation as a dynamic and accomplished Safety and Training Leader with expertise in building programs and strategies to address risks and meet the needs of large-scale organizations. His progressive experience has led to resounding success, with 26+ years of achievements in leveraging a one-to-one, people-focused approach to invest in teams as a humans, not just as workers. Easily able to move from high-level strategy and vision to hands-on training and analysis, he ensures that companies and clients enjoy the best possible results. Since 2012, Tod has excelled as the Director of Training and Compliance Services at ICS General Contractor. Here he builds and integrates specialized training and staff development initiatives for state and federal compliance requirements, all while driving auditing and offering keen strategic input to positively impact $40 in annual revenue. He has orchestrated large projects of up to $137M and led departments of a company with a headcount of 1k+ employees, demonstrating dedication and ingenuity. He was also elected as the community liaison for high profile industry advisory boards in the greater Houston area, becoming a trusted contact with senior leadership and other stakeholders. Among his peers, Tod is known for his innovative problem-solving, understanding of current safety practices and processes, and tireless work ethic. Supporting these achievements are Tod’s continued board and community involvement. He is currently a Consultant for the Brazoria County Petrochemical Council (BCPC), and he is also a Corporate Representative with the Rotary Club. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with my family on the ballfields, horse riding and water skiing. As a family we love to travel and experience different parts of the world.
