About Todd Altemeier

Todd has over 33 years of experience working for FMCG’s in a variety positions, both domestic and international, at Mars Inc. and Quaker Oats. He led the industrial engineering groups for multiple business units and was the director responsible for the integration of newly acquired brands. Additionally, he served as program manager for the implementation of SAP for the pet care business and responsible for the design of a new $70M production facility. Further, he spent three years as an HR director, focused on the onboarding of team members from new businesses. Thus far in his career, Todd has had two international assignments, both in operations and supply leadership. He holds an industrial engineering degree from Iowa State University. Todd has been a leader in the industrial engineering community for over 30 years, having worked with internal and external resources to diagnose, identify opportunities, and develop plans to improve supply chain cost structures and optimize global sourcing decisions. His IE experience, coupled with operational roles and HR, provide a platform for him to visualize the assets and organization required to operate factories and supply networks.
