About Todd Baker

I believe that in everything we do we need to encourage, collaborate, and build the capacity of others. At my core I am a serving and connecting problem solver. I am a servant leader to those that I work with and to those that we partner with in our communities. My career path has allowed me to have an active role in helping to make a difference in the lives of those who live in our communities through governmental and nonprofit service. The mission of my career has been to connect in a deeper way to my community and region. My default posture has been to help build the capacity of others, treating individuals with dignity and respect, and collaborating with both internal and external partners to ensure I listen well, understand needs, and problem-solve in a way that leaves a transformational difference. During my years serving in the public and non-profit space it has been my intention to help bring domains of a community to a place of partnership and trust. Of course, things change over time, but what has not changed is my ability to lead, coach, guide and educate - in the process of meeting needs…ideally, leaving a footprint of improvement and transformation!
