About Todd Barnes

With over 10 years of Inside/Outside sales experience in various industries, I have consistently achieved and exceeded my sales goals, winning multiple awards and recognition for my performance and results. I am constantly a top performer and encourage those around me to better themselves as well. I am naturally curious and dedicated to a life of learning and pushing myself to grow. I love to connect people with products that will solve their problems. That is why I love sales. Some salespeople love to conquer and close, others love the paychecks (who doesn't!), but I love the satisfaction of finding a "pain point" with my client and resolving it. If I have the solution for you, I'll make sure you're aware of it. I also have a passion for teaching and employee development, which led me to pursue a Master of Education in Instructional Design from Western Governors University. I have applied my skills and knowledge in designing and delivering effective and engaging training programs for my team and my coworkers, enhancing their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service abilities. My mission is to empower my team and my company with the best tools and strategies to succeed in the competitive and dynamic sales market. To date, Snap One is still using the onboarding curriculum for new sales hires I created for my Master's Degree Capstone Project.
