I have been working in the Hospitality/ Customer Service Industry since high school. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Psychology, I moved to Bangkok, Thailand to work for Conrad Hotels and Resorts as their Service Training Executive. Conrad Hotels sent me to seminars in Hong Kong and Singapore and through Hilton Hotels, trained me on 5 star luxury service techniques that I could go back and implement at our hotels in Thailand. After moving back to the States from Bangkok, I proceeded to explore my passion with Menswear. I am currently managing a menswear store in New York City and am always open to new opportunities and challenges in expanding business.
