About Todd Beckes

I am a reliable and dedicated manufacturing engineer with attention to detail. My experience consists of evaluating and improving processes due to engineering changes or a new product implementation. I was responsible for formalizing various manufacturing processes including updating routers and CNC program creation. With scrupulous attention to detail I effectively collaborated with outside vendors for fixture and tooling needs for new products or new machine accusation. During my tenure as 3RD Shift supervisor / CNC programmer, I demonstrated the ability to work independently without the direct assistance of other manufacturing support personnel. I worked autonomously with ability to make critical decisions which helped keep material moving through the plant to satisfy customer orders. When not supervising, I was functioning as a CNC programmer. I was responsible for creating new programs, modifying existing programs and troubleshooting machining problems where applicable. I am a competent CNC machinist with an extensive machining background. I’m skilled at setting up and operating CNC lathes and CNC mills with the Fanuc control being the one I’m most familiar with.
