Joining Regional's Investment & Leasing team in 2019, Todd currently holds the role of Director, Commercial Leasing, where he oversees all aspects of leasing for the company's extensive portfolio spanning 2.3 million square feet, encompassing office, industrial/warehouse, and retail spaces. One of Todd's remarkable achievements is his recognition as a Co-Star Power Broker Award winner for Retail Lease Transactions in 2022, 2021, and 2020. This consistent recognition underscores his exceptional expertise and outstanding performance in the field. In addition to his impressive Power Broker accolades, Todd was also named the Co-Star Power Broker Lease Transactions winner for 2021. Prior to joining Regional, Todd honed his skills during his remarkable 10-year tenure in commercial leasing with Cushman & Wakefield, where he consistently stood out as a Top Performer. In this capacity, his responsibilities encompassed a wide spectrum of real estate services, including tenant representation, property acquisition and disposition, marketing, and leasing, all for a diverse portfolio of both local and national accounts. Todd's journey in the world of sales and customer service began with Reebok Canada's Sports License Division. During this period, he built upon the strong foundation of sales and service knowledge he had developed over 14 years of running an award-winning sales agency. Today, Todd brings his multifaceted expertise, deep industry knowledge, and a remarkable track record of success to Regional's Commercial Leasing team.
