In this role, he was responsible for overseeing IT Security, Desktop, Mobility, Wide Area Network operations, Call Center Technologies and Planning and Engineering for all of the Verizon Companies (Wireless, Verizon Telecom and Verizon Enterprise Solutions). He also held the position of South Area Vice President / CIO for Verizon Wireless. In this role Todd was responsible for the day to day operations of End User Support of the IT Infrastructure of Verizon Wireless. He also led Wholesale Billing, Data Warehouse / Data Analytics, Credit and Collections, Commissions and Business to Business Systems across the Wireless enterprise. In 1993 he was hired as Vice President, CFO of NC4 Cellular Limited Partnership DBA Cellular One. Bell was responsible for the day-to-day operations and financial management of the property from start up in 1993 to the sale of the market to Bell Atlantic Mobile in 1997. In 1988 he began his career in Public Accounting at Cherry Bekaert and Holland, CPA's. As a Certified Public Accountant, he was responsible for auditing and tax work for corporations, partnerships, local governments and trusts. Bell earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from Appalachian State University – Boone, NC.
