As a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), he brings a wealth of expertise in financial planning, investment management, and financial education. His journey began as a financial planner at American Express Financial Advisors, where he honed his skills in crafting personalized financial strategies. While at American Express Todd also presented financial education seminars to corporations with ties to American Express. Later, he assumed the role of National Education Manager at Charles Schwab and Co. Retirement Plan Services, where he developed and delivered comprehensive financial education curriculum, empowering corporate executives and employees to make informed decisions regarding company-sponsored retirement plans. He Transitioning to managing the Utah offices for Charles Schwab and Company, Todd demonstrated exceptional leadership, overseeing operations with precision and excellence. His transition to Schwab's Private Client Group marked a pivotal moment, where he spearheaded investment management for high net-worth individuals and families, ensuring their financial goals were met with sophistication and care. In 2008, recognizing the need for bespoke fiduciary financial solutions, Todd founded Guardian Wealth Management, LLC, a boutique firm dedicated to providing white-glove investment management and financial advice to discerning clients. Driven by a commitment to accessibility and innovation, Todd founded Lifebright Investments in 2015. As an alternative for younger investors, Lifebright Investments offers professionally managed investment portfolios with low costs and minimums through a cutting-edge digital platform, democratizing access to high-quality financial services. Throughout his illustrious career, Todd has remained steadfast in his mission to empower individuals and families to achieve financial prosperity. In his spare time, Todd enjoys traveling with his family, hiking and biking, playing pickleball. Todd enjoys home DYI projects and is a self professed do-it-yourself contractor, often resulting in his hiring of professionals to repair his mistakes. Todd is a 2-time national finalist in the Institute of Financial Education's public speaking competition, with a top 5 finish in 1989. Todd and his wife have two children and two grandchildren.
