About Todd Bradley

Todd Bradley is the principal of Craven Early College High School, in New Bern North Carolina. Craven Early College is a non-traditional high school that works in partnership with Craven County Schools, Craven Community College and the North Carolina Department of Instruction. We are in the CIHS (Cooperative Innovative High Schools Network) that utilizes Design Principles, Curriculum Instructional Practices, Research Based and Evidence Based Practices to maximize the learning growth for all students. Todd Bradley, an educator/administrator over his 26 year career at the K-13 levels since 1992. He has worked for Craven County Schools since August, 1998. As principal of Craven Early College High School, he manages a 220-student high school located on the Craven Community College campus. The school was established in 2006 and it was one of the first of it's type in North Carolina. Bradley earned a bachelor's degree in education in 1992, National Board Certification in Early Adolescent/Young Adulthood Physical Education in 2001, a master's degree in educational leadership in 2006, Sun Journal Coach of the Year in 2004 and was named Craven County School's/Wachovia principal of the year in 2010. He has completed Distinguished Leadership In Practice I, and DLP II through NCPAPA and NC State's Friday Institute of Educational Innovation. Studied Adult Education and Community College Leadership at NC State in their doctoral program. Just completed a two year tenure (2017-2019) as the President of Craven County Principal's and Assistant Principal's Association where he facilitated monthly meetings to help support the growth and networking of Assistant Principals and Principals across our district.
