I am an experienced and successful business leader, coach and team member whose career has spanned 25+ years to date. I have always been driven to seek out new ways to support the organizations I work in. From seeking out ever increasing scopes of responsibility to regularly supporting and contributing to the initiatives of those outside of my traditional reporting relationship. I have a passion for seeing workplaces evolve, achieve success and constantly improve. I seek out collaborators and encourage differing opinions in an effort to arrive at the best decision based on the relevant information available at the time. I value critical assessment of decisions and feel small investments in potentially viable ideas is fundamental to innovative thinking. I have a proven track record of helping businesses improve operations, return or grow profitability, and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with team mates to have them develop the leadership skills required to realize their inherent potential. Many of whom leverage that potential to assume increasingly important roles in the operations we worked together in or saw them leave and take leadership roles in other organizations.
