With nearly two decades of experience in the A/E/C industry, I am an accomplished Transportation Planner and certified Marketing and Business Development professional with a strong foundation in public-sector planning and private-sector leadership. In my current role as a Planner for the County of Riverside, I oversee the review and analysis of complex development proposals, evaluate transportation impacts, and coordinate with developers, engineers, and regional agencies to ensure compliance with county standards, environmental policies, and infrastructure goals. My work emphasizes sustainable land use planning, mobility enhancement, and alignment with the County’s long-term growth strategies. Prior to joining the County, I held senior leadership roles within several respected A/E/C firms, where I led strategic planning, client development, and market expansion initiatives across Southern California. This experience honed my expertise in project management, transportation planning, RFP/RFQ development, and economic development strategy. Known for my collaborative and results-driven approach, I bring a unique ability to bridge technical planning with business strategy—delivering impactful, community-focused solutions that drive organizational growth and regional advancement.
