My life’s work extends far beyond the boardroom. As an engaged community leader, I serve on the board of Wartburg Theological Seminary, an ELCA seminary, volunteer as a synod attorney, and actively contribute to my congregation. My passion for mentoring and service continues in my roles as Troop Committee Chair, Cubmaster, and Lodge Advisor within Scouting America. Whether leading Scouts, engaging with church governance, or championing community initiatives, I aim to inspire others to embrace challenges and achieve their potential. When I’m not immersed in work or volunteer commitments, I prioritize family, health, and personal growth. I’m the proud parent of five remarkable children and partner to Laurie, and I dedicate intentional time to nurturing these relationships. I’m also an advocate for lifelong learning, striving to grow in faith, leadership, and service while finding joy in collaboration and connection.
