About Todd Christopherson

With many years of experience in upper level management, including business development and high-level contract negotiations, I have developed very effective face to face and written communication skills. In addition, my interpersonal skills have evolved such that I can very effectively communicate with, take direction from and manage others to achieve positive and desired results. The totality of my experiences working for Owners, Developers, Contractors and Subcontractors, has given me a unique set of qualifications and a better all-around perspective. This “global” perspective gives me the ability to better see the “whole picture” which leads to better foresight, better planning, better decision making, and better management. Furthermore, I have significant experience developing employee policies as well as overall company policies which have led to increased efficiency, increased productivity and increased margins.
