About Todd Cole

John (Cougar) Mellencamp references aside, I was actually born in a small town. In that small town setting, I learned to look past what the small town was so I could make it what I wanted it to be. When we wanted a place to ride skateboards, we built ramps; when we wanted a place to play basketball, we put up a hoop; when we wanted a place to hang out and camp, we built a cabin. In that small town, I learned that if you can imagine it then you can pursue and achieve it. After years away, I'm back in that small town and using what I've learned growing up here to help my clients with their recruitment marketing strategies and implementation. Today, my passion is finding inventive ways to help my clients create powerful and effective communications. I get to treat every client like they were a neighbor in my small town by taking the time to listen to them, understand their challenges and work with them to overcome those challenges. With this approach, I've been able to help clients develop employment brands that align with the passions and professional goals of their candidates. My clients have entrusted me to dream big for them and follow through with creative and compelling communications that are based on sound strategies and intelligence. Through this partnership my clients have been able to enjoy exponential growth through decreased times to fill, higher contract acceptance rates, increases in annual hires and greater brand awareness in the very competitive physician recruitment market.
