I am an experienced Operations Professional and Veteran, that thrives on building comprehensive strategies with a strong conceptual mindset that prepare my teams to achieve very specific, measurable goals with integrated tactics. I bring with me 22 years of government service and 16+ years in operations, quality control, and project management experience. I strive to be the standard of excellence in leading and training large programs and multi-national personnel both privately and publicly. With exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in record oversight, data analysis and presentation, and evaluating performance I am able to clearly communicate expectations and lead teams as well as organize my time to drive technical proficiency's and successfully complete projects through effective planning, coordination, and deadline adherence. My career has been, a progression of advancement both in the private sector serving in the military and in the public sector working diverse opportunities in operational excellence. Ensuring my consumers are getting quality in a timely manner is the forefront of my passion for continuously improving. I have consulted internationally and within the United States for many years, and I bring the best strategy and tools to every role I’ve held. My experiences enable me to train individuals within my teams at multiple levels. Some of my other strengths that I have attained and adapted with are: • Having a strong presence performing operational tasks. • Being a self-starter working my way to my achievements and successes while gaining knowledge and skills. • Being comfortable in having an outside of the box kind of thinking, taking on different industries and have always gained a huge value to the organization I was with.
