About Todd Conner

I am a clinical pharmacist at Yale New Haven Hospital that strives towards excellence in the provision of individualized, patient-centered pharmacotherapy. I am driven to deliver safe and effective care to my patients using the most current, evidence-based practices and drug information. I currently practice with split time in emergency and internal medicine, and support pharmacy operations in the area of compounding sterile products. I have experience performing complex tasks involving critical thinking and problem solving gained over time spent in the fields of analytical chemistry and materials science. I found the profession of pharmacy and fell in love with the ability to continue to solve problems, but also help others through medicine. I remain a math and science enthusiast. Areas of interest include: Emergency medicine, infectious diseases, and clinical pharmacokinetics
