Over the last 18 years, I have been involved in large complex international financial/operational restructurings often contested as a CEO & COO, Chairman of the Board of Directors, Chair of Special Committee, Director and often as acting CRO. My hands on expertise includes domestic and international operational management, restructuring/bankruptcy, corporate financings/refinancings private and public, dispute resolution, economic triage, liquidity management, resource exploration and development, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, litigation, insurance claims litigation and tax. My restructuring/bankruptcy experience to date includes preparing proceedings and primarily focused on post proceedings value growth in oil & gas E&P and midstream, aerospace MRO, oil field technology services, pulp & paper manufacturing, mining metals/strategic metals/sand sectors and low cost airlines all across North America, South America, Caribbean, and Europe. This in addition to 46 years of oil and gas experience spanning many of the key petroleum basins of the world, both onshore and offshore.
