About Todd Eilenberger

I have been working in the HVAC industry for the last 7 years since graduating from Brownson Technical School. I started out in the field air balancing commercial buildings. Then got into installing HVAC equipment. Realized that I didn’t want to do hard manual labor the rest of my life. I got into working for Navien tankless waters technical department working my way up from a level 1 tech all the way to a Sr. Tech. I love being able to solve problems and train new hires. Seeing the personal development of those I get to teach is great. Our company is outgrowing the number of technicians needed to keep up with the daily call volume. This leads to me working overtime every day and most Sundays. I’m looking for something that allows me to spend more time with my family, friends, and enjoy my hobby of mountain biking. I am willing to change industry’s and use the skills that I have holstered over the years. I have a portfolio of certificates that I can provide in the HVAC industry.
