About Todd Ellis

As an owner of a Construction Business and Licensed General Contractor for the last 20 years I have been exposed to, learned, and developed in many facets of construction practices, trades, laws, management, accounting, and codes. I have had extensive experience in deconstruction, product failure, product characteristics, cause and effect, sewer inspection, visual home inspection, whole house plumbing and electrical inspection, and weatherproofing. As a Contractor, I have specifically completed projects in dry rot and wood eating organisms, plumbing failure above and below ground, sewer failure, roof failure, gasline failure, bath and kitchen remodel, and additions. I have identified, estimated, and completed a multitude of projects ranging from re-piping, re-drain, re- wiring, gaslines, waterlines.water heaters, electrical panels, water hammers, pre-construction, site preparation, water falls, park pavillion, metal buildings, metal roofs, roof frame, wall frame, windows, stairs, and decks. The composite of these experiences has given me abilities as a craftsman, project manager, negotiater, plan facilitator, design meetings, sales, consulting, inspection, and estimating.
