With more than 25-years of experience in the industry, I have cultivated a deep passion for not only providing exceptional service to my clients, but also for nurturing the next generation of insurance broking talent. With a career deeply embedded in the insurance industry, my role as Aviso Broking's National Manager – Broker Development allows me to not only to continue to hone my craft as Professional Risk Advisor, but also the opportunity to share my knowledge and insights with our amazing cohort of more than 80 people in our distribution business unit, ensuring that Aviso Broking is always striving to be a market-leader in this complex and fast-paced industry. One of my greatest joys is mentoring and training our up-and-coming broking superstars. By being in a position where I can help shape their pathways, I believe that I can leave an indelible mark by ensuring our team is as well-prepared as they can be for the challenges ahead, but also ensuring that we continue to aspire to upholding the highest of standards when it comes to integrity and customer service.
