About Todd Ferguson

I am a dedicated and hardworking health care professional with extensive senior management experience in operations, adult education, and continuous quality improvement (CQI) practices. I have been in the health care industry for 22 years having been employed in multiple paramedic services in Ontario, adapting to the challenges and creating solutions towards maintaining efficient and effective paramedic service delivery in both rural and urban locations. I have the qualifications of an Ontario Advanced Care Paramedic with a bachelor's degree in health administration. To further enhance my skills and knowledge, I am currently working on a master's degree in health studies with a focus in leadership. I also have emergency management experience with an IMS 300 level certification and application knowledge of multiple dispatch programs such as AMPDS and DPCI II. I have a wide array of skills ranging from networking, adaptability, time and change management and team building. I also have experience and proficiencies in Microsoft applications, online moodle education creation, scheduling and patient care documentation software.
